Calendar Duration Policy (No 7-Day Cutoff)
Purchases for Pro Monthly (30 calendar days) and Pro Quarterly (90 calendar days) provide continuous, uninterrupted offline access for the full period from the instant of activation. We reject anti-consumer 7-day offline cutoffs.
1. Proprietary Software License Grant
PulseMind Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except via official transfer protocol) software license to execute Vivid Desk on compatible Windows machines in accordance with your chosen tier (Free Edition or Pro Subscription).
2. Wallpaper Copyright & Attribution
Vivid Desk operates as a display utility. All photography retrieved via online reservoirs belongs to the original photographers and is curated under open royalty-free licenses (Unsplash License & Pexels License). Software subscriptions strictly gate automation features (dual rotation schedules, sub-hour intervals, game shield) rather than claiming proprietary copyright over public domain or licensed artwork.
3. Merchant of Record & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles all customer service inquiries, VAT compliance, chargebacks, and refund requests in accordance with their consumer protection terms.
4. Cancellation & Deactivation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dodo Customer Portal accessible inside Vivid Desk (Settings > Active Plan > Manage Billing). Upon cancellation, your Pro capabilities remain fully active until the natural end of your current paid calendar term.
